These are my Imperials I’ve been working on since April. I bought them in store at Self Edge San Francisco and have been wearing them daily ever since. These jeans have been washed a total of four times since I’ve purchased them. Many would think that is absurd. ” You’re aren’t supposed to wash your denim until you’ve been wearing them for six months. ” Well, I wore these in Taiwan during June, the hottest month of the year there. Temperatures reach about 95+ fahrenheit daily and are accompanied by extremely high humidity levels which just soak my jeans in sweat and grime. I’ve hiked mountains, ran through typhoons, and encountered countless other adventures in these. They will be most likely retired by the end of June as I have purchased a new pair of Iron Hearts!

Just want to give some insight on the Dirt Dry’s I love this Denim for a few reasons.. 1. You really have to wear the hell out of them to achieve the fades you so badly wan to earn as a true “Denim Head”..as we are so often called. I take pride in wearing Dry Selvage. Whats the point to wearing faded jeans if they weren’t earned in the first place right? 2. The feel is just like the name describes. Most are scared of how Rough this particular denim is. Its as dry as sand paper when you first wear them. But with tender love and care they will blossom into a beautiful pair of jeans that are devoted to the fit and fades you desire.
